Quality System: The ControlTek quality system
is made of many components that help deliver products and services
that exceed customer requirements. Key components include our overall
quality policy, quality manual, system level procedures (SLP's),
work instructions, NCP and CAPA programs.
Process Control: From customer service to design
to manufacturing, ControlTek's internal systems are state
of the art. ControlTek has developed formal procedures that ensure
quality products are delivered. Along with auditing and statistical
process control, ControlTek is able to verify that established requirements
are met.
Documentation: ControlTek's computerized
document control system verifies that correct information is available
to produce quality products at any time. With a document control
system that includes a ECN database and work-in-process tracking
system, product information is at our fingertips.
Calibration Control: ControlTek's documented
calibration system tracks instrument status linked to NIST standards.
Having properly calibrated equipment is a key quality component
for the tested products we supply to our customers.
Training: ControlTek's quality is only as
good as the ability of our professionals to accurately and efficiently
complete their tasks. Assessing need, providing training and tracking
results is an essential element of our quality program. From our
internal IPC trainer to external continuing education of our engineering
staff, we understand that ControlTek long-term success is in the
hands of our professionals.
Warranty: ControlTek's project involvement
may start at design or manufacture, but it continues to support
the product for its lifetime through the ControlTek warranty and
repair program. This "cradle to grave" involvement enhances
our ability to design and manufacture robust products that meet
customer expectations over the long term.
