ControlTek Engineering Business Manager Dennis Frey Will Be A Featured Speaker at 2019 NEDME
The 19th Annual Northwest Electronics Design and Manufacturing Expo (NEDME) is coming up on October 2, 2019 and we are happy to announce ControlTek’s Engineering Business Manager has officially joined this year’s lineup of expert guest speakers.
Over the past 19 years, the expo has grown to become the largest event of its kind in the Pacific Northwest. Today, NEDME features nearly 75 exhibitors from the high tech industries in Oregon, Washington, California and British Columbia, and draws hundreds of attendees. Proceeds from the show go to the Oregon Food Bank.
Presenting for the first time this year, Dennis Frey will focus on the planning, development, and implementation of modern EMS test strategies in his talk titled "Test Strategies for Successful Electronics Manufacturing". The presentation will include helpful information for product designers as well as people considering manufacturing who would like more information about how they can prepare for the testing process.

- Benefits of Design for Test (DFT) and early involvement
- Ideas on how to make your products easier to test
- Emerging approaches to testing
NEDME runs from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2nd. The “Test Strategies for Successful Manufacturing” presentation is at 9:00 a.m.
