ControlTek Takes Home Healthiest Employer Honors for 2nd Year in a Row

Today marks the second annual HR Summit and Healthiest Employers of Oregon Awards Ceremony and, for our 2nd year in a row, ControlTek has been named as an Honoreee in our 100-499 employee category!

Healthiest Employers are chosen following a 90-day survey period, at which time employers' surveys are reviewed and scored by the Healthiest Employers LLC. The awards are then presented at a luncheon event that also includes a half day of learning and workshop sessions covering many of the most important current topics for HR professionals across industries.

We are so proud of all of our employees at ControlTek for helping us bring home this award for the second year. Their dedication to the ControlTek Forward Living employee wellness program and their willingness to go a step further to create their own events centered on workplace wellness. This summer, the entire ControlTek team enjoyed the Walk it Out Fitness Challenge, a 100% employee organized and run event that encouraged employees to get outside for a little friendly competition. We have experienced a great deal of support from employees, with more than 75% of ControlTek employees engaging in a health-related event throughout the year.

ControlTek's Forward Living wellness program focuses on the health of our employees because we believe that happy, healthy employees are more successful at work and in the other areas of their lives.
