Culture and Growth Connect at TRIDEC’s Grow Manufacturing Luncheon & Expo
October 14, 2015: Gathering to celebrate the successes of the past year and to make plans for the coming year, the 2015 Grow Manufacturing Luncheon and Expo takes place next month in Pasco, Washington. This event, hosted by the Tri-City Development Council (TRIDEC) brings together manufacturers from across the Columbia Basin for an afternoon of inspiration and knowledge sharing.
This year, the Grow luncheon will focus on the powerful connections between culture and growth. Guest speaker Tom Nault of Summit Imaging, Inc. will discuss this and other topics including community building, brand loyalty, product culture, and network effects.

ControlTek President Andy LaFrazia and Sales Manager Micheal Scott will be there to exhibit ControlTek for the Growth event this year, and anticipate an exciting event that will include engineering and manufacturing leaders from around the region.
“The Growth Expo gives us an opportunity to come together as an industry to ensure we’re prepared for success in the coming years,” Andy says. “Building a community within the industry is equally as important to us as building our internal culture. This event provides an important opportunity to interact with our peers in order to discover new ways to take on the challenges of the future.”
The Grow Manufacturing Luncheon and Expo also features the Impact Washington Manufacturer of the Year Award.
