A Custom Test Solution

Prior to production, ControlTek had worked closely with the customer to develop a custom test for their product. During test, our technicians detected a failure rate that was higher than expected for some of the product’s components.

Working quickly to avoid costly delays, our engineers were able to identify the design flaw and a solution that would solve the problem to the customer’s specification. Following the design change, our testing team also optimized the custom test to maximize efficiency.

The Result
