ControlTek Hosts Food and Funds Drive for Clark County Food Bank

As another holiday season begins, we can’t help but think of those who struggle to provide food for themselves and for their families this season and throughout the year. 

To help those who struggle with hunger, ControlTek employees recently participated in a Food and Funds Drive to collect and donate food and financial donations that can provide for families in need across Clark County.

As VP of HR, I have always believed the strength of ControlTek’s company culture has been a major driver in our ability to meet the needs of our customers and reach success as an organization.

However I also want to rely on more than just my gut feeling.

I needed to find a way to measure the impact our culture has on our business strategy, our employees, and our customers. I also hoped to expose the areas of our culture that still need improvement, so we can shine light into the shadows and continue our journey as a company.

Santa Gets Extra Help This Year With ControlTek's Christmas Family Program

ControlTek Family Giving Program

ControlTek employees have been channeling their inner Santas this month as they work together on the Family Christmas Program. The month-long event has been a part of ControlTek's holiday traditions for more than ten years, partnering ControlTek with the Vancouver Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to provide food, clothing, gifts and other supplies for a local family in need during the holiday season.
