ControlTek's PCB assembly services lead the EMS industry in technical capability, quality and efficiency.
ControlTek's Surface Mount Assembly (SMT Assembly) and Through-Hole manufacturing capabilities include three full EMS manufacturing lines. Reflow, wave and selective solder are available. Ongoing investment--in low volume, high mix PCB assembly capabilities--ensure we continue to improve our ability to meet your manufacturing needs.
ControlTek's SMT Capabilities include:
- Single and Double-sided PCB manufacturing
- Fine pitch device processing
- BGA and Micro BGA assembly
- Quick turn PCB prototypes and PCB assembly (or planned production)
- Large format multi-layer PCB assembly - up to 33.5" long x18" wide
PCB Manufacturing Capacity
This year ControlTek has continued our continuous improvement journey to further expand our SMT capacity with the addition of new high-speed tools like the JUKI High-Speed Pick and Place machine, the MYDATA 600 SMT jet printer, as well as new reflow ovens and AOI and wash systems. We are able to offer both medium and high volume circuit assembly with quick change out, super fine pitch and 0201 capability for added flexibility.
